Bring your child(ren) and come receive a FREE backpack stuffed with school supplies! Stop by the dental screeening to get your child's teeth examined, and check out the new Mobile Health Services van by ChristianaCare.
CHRISTIANACARE MOBILE HEALTH SERVICES WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR YOUTH SPORTS PHYSICALS AND HEALTH ASSESMENTS.
Just Come– No Pre-Registration Required
Children must be accompanied by THEIR parent or guardian
This is a family event – please no organized groups (i.e. churches, schools…)
